Created in 2019, this sculpture plays with the space between a waveform and its reflection. It’s a sister piece to Interlaced in that it’s almost 2D and uses an matching upper mechanism. The weave pattern is different, however, and the strings pass through the upper blocks to move the lower blocks in the opposite direction. Video by Chris Potter.
